Job Description
Summary:The O&M Leader leads an assigned team and ensures the safe and efficient operation of Enable's assets, equipment and processes within a geographic area. Ensures leadership and guidance provided to team members is aligned with Enable's mission, vision, and strategy. Works with assigned team members to ensure timely maintenance on Enable's assets and utilization of safe work processes and procedures. Ensures operations and maintenance activities of team members are in compliance with all applicable Company and regulatory requirements. Oversees daily activities of a geographic area through team members and implementation of processes and procedures as outlined by program owners. The position sets priorities and schedules work to accomplish tasks or processes. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plans.
Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:
Ensures that operations and maintenance activities are performed efficiently, consistently, cost effectively and in accordance with company goals.
Ensures evaluation of assets and work situations to identify safety hazards.
Promotes safety through actions and behaviors in support of an incident and injury-free work environment.
Ensures compliance with company O&M, H&S, Environmental, Engineering & Construction, and Corrosion Control standards, procedures, and best practices.
Ensures compliance with local state and federal regulations (i.e. CFR 49 DOT Parts 191, 192, 195, OCC, FERC, OSHA).
Monitors work orders for compliance and potential issues.
Monitors and maintains schedules for all tasks within immediate work group. Prioritizes and redirects team members to ensure timely completion.
Motivates and encourages innovation and participation of all team members
Maintains action item list and tracks progress in accordance with assigned due dates.
Hires, develops, coordinates training, and skill evaluation of all employees within a geographic area.
Conducts performance reviews on assigned team members and provides on-going constructive feedback.
Plans routine team meetings and leads discussion on pending action items, H&S, Environmental and technical training topics.
Establishes agreement with team members and management on annual goals and tracks progress
Manages expenditures of work group in line with budget and makes recommendations to budget as appropriate.
Identifies potential issues with O&M procedures
May monitor services provided by third party vendors to maintain company standards.
May develop and execute AFE s for capital projects and assists with special projects and job scope preparation.
May serve as field Incident Commander in the event of an emergency.
Ensures proper and timely customer problem resolution.
Coordinates maintenance activities with System Control.
Secondary Duties/
Responsibilities:
May perform one or more multi-skilled operations, maintenance and installation duties in addition to the primary roles and responsibilities listed above. Responsibilities include but are not limited to measurement, electronics, dehydration, treating, corrosion, pipeline, compressor, and regulatory compliance functions.
Minimum Education/
Experience:
Associates Degree or Technical Certificate and five (5) years directly related experience, or High School Diploma and eight (8) years directly related experience in the operations and maintenance of a hydrocarbon system and associated equipment.
Valid State Driver s License
Preference will be given to current Enable Midstream Partners employees
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated strong ability to coach, lead, motivate and influence others.
High level of proficiency in operations and maintenance of hydrocarbon system.
Demonstrated problem solving skills addressing and executing solutions to complex problems.
Effectively use a personal computer with MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
Knowledgeable in the requirements of applicable local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
Extensive knowledge in functional area as needed to assist in coordinating and/or troubleshooting daily operations. Leads Company response during emergency situations.
Knowledgeable of Company activities and business practices and procedures.
Completes assessment of facilities in relation to O&M, H&S and Environmental standards and procedures.
Works and participates successfully in a team based environment to accomplish assignments.
Operate as a self-starter with individual drive and initiative to start, develops and completes projects and initiatives.
Communicates effectively with field employees, management and public, both orally and in writing
Physical Requirements:
Able to exert in excess of 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 10 pounds of force regularly to move objects.
May be required to lift fifty (50) pounds or more.
Physical ability to work around and on industrial equipment, including frequent climbing, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, twisting, bending, kneeling, crawling and grasping.
Must be able to move about unrestricted and follow safety and emergency response procedures and regulations.
May be required to stand, sit and walk for reasonable periods of time.
May be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch for reasonable periods of time.
Must be able to move about on foot and follow safety and emergency response procedures.
Able to travel long distances in a motor vehicle.
Able to work in areas with limited access or cramped spaces.
On a routine basis, may climb ladders, walkways and scaffolds.
Working Conditions:
Works in potentially hazardous environments
Works with or near hazardous chemicals
Operates personal computer for extended periods.
Works independently and completes scheduled work with minimal supervision.
Requires frequent travel via truck (some overnight) to locations throughout the system to monitor equipment and perform work activities.
Works outdoors in weather extremes and near equipment alongside potentially high noise levels.
Carries a cell phone while on-call and respond to call-outs, potentially including weekends and holidays.
Responds to emergency calls and/or call-outs and return to work while off duty.
Able to work overtime (scheduled and/or unscheduled, nights and/or weekends) occasionally, as needed or required to meet established deadlines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
