Operation manager's duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations, and organizing the use of materials and employee resources. They are responsible for generally managing the facility. They must ensure that all materials used in food preparation and serving are working properly.
Established, high-volume, branded restaurant is seeking a full time, experienced Restaurant Director of Operations with passion and energy regarding food quality, sales training, customer satisfaction and the overall casual and fine dining experience!
Ideal applicant must have previous GM or AGM experience in a high volume restaurant. We're a restaurant that is fully committed to providing a dynamic work environment built on commitment to quality, education, support and fun!
Position requires stable work history with minimum 3-5 years restaurant MANAGEMENT experience. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must, along with
computer
knowledge of basic programs. Seeking an honest, hard working individual that is: dependable, able to multi-task and has the ability to work well with others. Must be able to pass a drug test and complete background
