Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program Licensure:
Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

RNs with more than 1-2 year of experience are eligible for $13,000.
RNs with more than 3-4 year of experience are eligible for $15,000.

year of experience are eligible for $20,000.
RNs who graduated with their first RN degree within the last 12 months are eligible for up to $20,000 in student loan re-payment assistance through Mercy's Student Loan Re-payment Program.
New Grads/Full-time RNs with experience are eligible for PTO Frontload.
Shift differential $3.
25 evenings/$4.
00 nights/$4.
00 weekends Mercy Loyalty Pay Program.
RNs are eligible for $2.
00/hr.
increase at 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of services with Mercy.
Part-time RNs get $1.
00/hr.
