Applicants who possess a Master's Degree in Social Work will be entitled to a salary incentive of an additional 5%.
On-call positions will receive an additional bonus ranging from $100 to $150 every two weeks, depending on responsibilities.

Job ResponsibilitiesThis is the specialist level where employees are designated as lead workers or backup supervisors to Level I or Level II Child Welfare Specialists, carry complex and difficult caseloads, or are assigned responsibilities involving case consultation.
Serves as a lead worker or backup supervisor to lower-level Child Welfare Specialists who carry complex and difficult caseloads, or are assigned responsibilities involving case consultation.
Serves as a team leader in case staff meetings, provides ongoing case consultation, and advises and trains lower-level Child Welfare Specialists in case management and interpretation of policies and procedures.
Monitors investigations and individualized service plans and reviews court reports.
May coordinate the efforts of a placement program with those of other related programs within the agency, with other state agencies, and between other states Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
