At McCall's Chapel School and McCall's Community Homes, we provide a safe, nurturing environment for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsible for advocating for individuals to assure their needs are being met and they are receiving supports and services to assist them in achieving their goals and objectives as defined within their Individual Plan.
Support, encourage, and enhance individual's self-respect, personal dignity, and safety.
Provide on-going training to individuals.
Direct care staff day or night shifts.
Most shifts are 12 hours - working 3 days one week and 4 days the next week with a 3-day weekend every other week.
Overtime available.
